Class Schedule

The Body Shop's workouts incorporate strength training, cardio, and assisted stretching, into each workout. Classes are available to both men and women. Men like the training and challenge of the Men's strength training and evening Cardio circuit classes. Private workouts and small group classes are available for all ages, body types, and fitness types. If you like the description of a class, but don't see it listed at a time that works for you, call us at 475-2800. Classes are added to the schedule all the time. If you like a class description, but prefer personal training, that's great! We'll give you a workout that meets the criteria, but in a one-on-one environment.

Class descriptions:

Balance and tone
One hour of toning, light cardio and strength fitness tailored to you in a relaxed and progressive environment. Gentle stretching is included to round out each session. If you wish to regain and/or maintain fitness and improve your range of motion, balance and tone is the class is for you.

TRX/Cardio
You'll be burning tons of calories and building muscles as you rotate between the elliptical and bikes and the TRX. Strength, toning, and cardio are pushed to the max in this challenging class.  Class size is limited.

Utilizing free weights, cardio and weight machines, and the TRX, the TRX strength circuit class incorporates cardio, strentgh training, and toning into one complete workout. Balance, functional movement and core strength are included in each session. As with all our trainings, the workout is tailored for you. We work with any injuries or pain points you may have. Whether you're male or female, you'll find this class challenging and fun.

Cardio express
Thirty minutes of heart pumping cardio. Whether on the elliptical or bike, or moving through various strength training excersises. This express class is thirty minutes.

Men's strength conditioning
Utilizing free weights, cardio and weight machines, and the TRX, the power fit class keeps you moving at a high intensity. This challenging workout is not for the weak of mind. You'll continually be challenged and pushed to reach prime fitness.

Astanga yoga with Mica
Astanga Yoga is a complete fitness system, a combination of strength, flexibility, and stamina, which opens a path to deep relaxation, accompanied by a sense of rejuvenation. Bring your own mat to Yoga with Mica. Yoga with Mica costs $15 per class. Class size is limited to 8 to 10 people. Call to reserve your space.

Yoga with Jesse
Flow smoothly from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. Expect to work during this yoga class, it's more than just stretching. Our yoga is donation-based, with a suggested donation of $10-$20 per student. Class size is limited to 8 to 10 people. Call to reserve your space.

Dog friendly
If two or more people are interested, we take a nature walk immediately after the 9 am Saturday cardio circuit class. Dogs are welcomed, and encouraged.

Stretch fusion
Designed specifically to enhance our small group classes, Stretch fusion is an independent class emphasizing gentle stretching. This class incorporating yoga, pilates and traditional stretching.

The fine print

  • Unless otherwise noted, all fitness levels and ages are welcome in any class.
  • Private training is conducted during non-class times; please call for an appointment.
  • New classes are created when 2 or more people request a consistent time to exercise, and have similar goals.
  • Class schedules change based your needs. This schedule is designed for you!
  • Appointments must be made prior to attending class.
